I have a fairly simple set up:
- 40lt aluminium pan + lid
- Brew bag - bought online
- Plastic fermenters + airlocks
- Thermometer
- Hydrometer + plastic testing jar
- Immersion chiller
Other items include:
- Digital scales (capable of weighing to 1g)
- Long handled spoon
- Large seive
- Kitchen hob!
